In this training, you will receive practical tools, practice conversation skills, and discover what effective communication truly means. During this one‑day communication course, you will get hands‑on tips on listening, asking follow‑up questions, and giving feedback. Non‑verbal communication such as tone of voice, presence, and body language is also covered.
