You’ll learn practical techniques you can apply right away to experience more balance in your daily life.
About the trainer: Janneke has a background in physiotherapy and extensive knowledge of how the body works. She shows that you often have more influence on how you feel and how fit you are than you might think. By asking the right questions, she helps you discover what motivates you and what you need to move forward when you feel stuck. She teaches you to pause more often and look more consciously at how situations affect you. Step by step, you learn to work more effectively with your body and find greater balance.
