Get active outdoors
Would you like to work on a personal goal while being active outdoors? This program combines physical movement in nature with personal development. In six sessions, you and your coach will explore how movement can help you feel better. Both mentally and physically.
Practical information
At Get Active Outdoors movement in nature takes centre stage. Coaching is provided by Jesper or Babette.
Jesper: “In six sessions, we’ll work on a personal theme that’s currently challenging for you. During the first session, we discuss your goals and get moving outside straight away. In the final session, we reflect on your progress and discuss how you can continue independently. Outdoor movement is central to the process, and we tailor it to your preferences.”
Examples of personal themes:
- Setting boundaries: learning to protect your limits at work or in private life.
- Managing stress: discovering how to reduce stress and find more relaxation.
- Finding energy and balance: using movement to recharge after a busy day.
- Moving without pain: learning how to move safely with overuse or injuries.
- Goal setting without pressure: defining motivating goals that aren’t purely performance-based.
This program helps you not only improve your fitness but also find more calm and mental space. The fresh air brings energy and inspiration, while you gain practical tips to keep growing.
