Practical information
Good sleep is extremely important for both your body and your mind. During sleep, you recover so that you can function well the next day. Yet, 63% of people in the Netherlands are not satisfied with their sleep. Many do not seek help for sleep problems, even though there is often much that can be improved.
In this training, you will work with the SLEEP step-by-step plan. In two sessions of two hours each, you will learn, among other things:
- How good your sleep habits are
- How sleep actually works and what you can do yourself to sleep better
- Whether you are a morning or evening person
- How to better deal with worrying thoughts
- How fun and relaxation during the day contribute to better sleep at night
- What irregular working hours do to your sleep and how to manage them more effectivel
