A clear and practical training in which the content can be applied directly in real-life situations (hopefully not needed, of course). The trainer also asked at the start about everyone’s baseline and reason for participating. Based on that input, he adjusted the content so it matched the group’s learning needs even better.

A very clear explanation of what to do in case of an emergency. It’s important to refresh this regularly, as you tend to forget it quickly.

Interesting afternoon! Focus on a few topics and useful for both work and home.

I found the training better than expected! I didn't really know what to expect but it was exactly what I was looking for. It was a lot of (basic) information in a short time, but that's exactly what I wanted to know. The trainer was very good, enthusiastic and open to questions and suggestions. In addition, the actor was very good, which made it a nice interactive training.

I thought it was a very good training. Lots of new and useful information, extremely valuable! You never know when you will need it and it makes me feel safe that I know the steps now.

We learned a lot about how to deal with situations where someone has a heart attack, stroke or serious injury. The focus was not so much on theory, but on practical examples from everyday life with clear explanations about the consequences of wrong actions (even though not acting is often even worse). I now also know how an AED works. In addition, we have installed useful and useful apps. Highly recommended for everyone.

The training was very interesting and educational. There was a good balance between information and practice. We received a lot of important information from them and we had the opportunity to try it ourselves (on the doll). We also received an explanation about AED and saw how it works. A great addition from actor/victim Frank. Highly recommended!
