Dealing with loss

Sometimes you experience things you don’t want. The loss of a loved one, your job, or your health.  Even situations like involuntary childlessness or family conflicts can have a big emotional impact. A coach helps you process these experiences and find your balance again.

Practical information

Are you coping with loss and feeling drained, unfocused, or low on energy? Maybe you feel lonely or notice you no longer enjoy your work. You don’t have to go through this alone.

 

In a first session of about an hour, coach Carina van den Beld explores how you’re currently dealing with loss and what could help you move forward. After that, you can start a follow-up program of around 8 sessions. Through different exercises, indoors and outdoors, you’ll work through your loss step by step.
