Introduction classes Crossfit

Want to get fitter, stronger, and more energetic? Discover CrossFit! This sport combines weightlifting, athletics, and gymnastics into varied, high-intensity workouts. In three lessons you’ll learn the basic movements and get a clear idea of the sport.

Practical information

During this three-part workshop you’ll learn step by step what CrossFit involves. You train with your own body weight and equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rings, and ropes. Each workout, called W.O.D. (Workout of the Day), is adjusted to your level and abilities.

 

The lessons focus on: 

  • Understanding the basics of CrossFit 
  • Learning fundamental movements 
  • Discovering your body’s strength and limits 

 

Afterwards you can decide whether you’d like to continue with regular classes.
