Introduction classes kickboxing

Want to build strength, fitness, and confidence? In these four one-hour introductory kickboxing sessions, you’ll discover how to get fitter and release stress. Under the guidance of two experienced colleagues from JBT Marel, you’ll learn the basics of kickboxing in a fun group setting.

Practical information

Kickboxing benefits both body and mind. It gives you energy, reduces stress, and boosts your confidence and perseverance. Over four sessions, you’ll train with colleagues to improve your strength and endurance. The lessons are led by Jun Yskes and Daniël Peters.

It is nice to have a lesson for 4 weeks in a row instead of 1x 2/3 hours. This way it stays better in your memory. The lessons had a good build-up in intensity. The lessons are very accessible so that everyone with or without experience can participate. The location is close to the office.
