Claudia has extensive experience in HR advisory roles across various organizations, where coaching and supporting employees and managers has always been central. In recent years, she has deepened her expertise in mental health and vitality. In 2022, she started her own coaching practice, focusing on perfectionism coaching and helping people let go of limiting patterns. With her warm approach and experience, she guides clients step by step toward more calm, resilience, and personal growth.
