Practical information

Breathing and yoga strengthen your immune system, improve flexibility, and help you deal with stress. You’ll learn techniques to release tension and improve focus and concentration. The workshop is led by yoga instructor Karin Visser. Afterwards, you’ll have practical tools to bring more relaxation, balance, and energy into both work and home life.

Very informative and interesting, this provides you with tools to learn how to deal with ‘genuine attention’. In my opinion, it would be better to do this course in a half-day session of about 4 hours.
