A healthy lifestyle that makes you feel energetic and able to do the things you enjoy, that’s what vitality coach Mojra Peerenboom helps you achieve. During the coaching, you’ll discover what you need to feel more balanced and full of energy, both physically and mentally.

Practical information

A healthy lifestyle is about more than eating well and exercising.
It’s also about rest, focus, enjoyment at work, and doing what truly matters to you.
During this coaching program, you’ll learn how to manage your energy more effectively and stay fit, even during busy times.

 

The coaching is personal and practical. You’ll work on what really matters to you, with attention to:

  • Eating healthier and feeling more energetic
  • Moving more, in a way that suits you
  • Sleeping better and finding daily balance
  • Making choices that support your well-being

The program starts with an introductory session of 60–90 minutes, including a 5-kilometer walk through the woods. During this first session, you’ll explore your vitality, energy, and what you’d like to work on. If you decide to continue, you’ll plan follow-up sessions together. A full coaching program usually includes three walking sessions or two walks combined with several online sessions, tailored to what works best for you.
