In this programme, you work together with a mental coach to explore the underlying causes of your work–life imbalance. During online video sessions, you are given a confidential space to share your situation. You learn to recognise the stress symptoms you’re experiencing and understand where they come from. You also gain insight into how your energy levels work and what you need to replenish your reserves.

 

You practise simple, directly applicable methods tailored to your needs. These help you manage work pressure more effectively and experience greater calm and clarity in your daily life. The coach supports you in identifying practical actions that provide insight and contribute to rebuilding your energy.

 

The guidance focuses on strengthening your resilience and enhancing your ability to cope with challenging situations, both at home and at work. The online format allows you to participate from your own environment, in a way that fits your situation and capacity.
